Accommodation records
We are legally required to collect and retain guest accommodation data under Slovak law (Acts no. 326/1999 and 565/1990). This data is kept for 6 years as required by law.
Contact information
Email addresses and phone numbers are retained based on our legitimate interest in communicating with guests about their stay, safety, and property protection. Contact form and online check-in data is retained for 1 year.
Reservations
Data gathered during the reservation process is used solely to facilitate your booking. We do not aggregate data for advertising purposes and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
